The Modular System begins with 6" x 20" and 12" x 20" Tee Plates. These plates can be clamped to the table for use individually as well as combined on a tooling plate or a pallet. The Tee Plate is machined from 6061 aluminum, hard anodized and teflon impregnated. All sides are square and parallel. The guide teeth are on a 1/4" pitch at the t-slots run in the Y direction giving greater versatility in positioning the force modules.

A Vise consists of a Jaw Block and a Force Module Assembly. The jaw block is used as the fixed end of the vise. The force module has 5/16" travel along with approximately 2600 pounds of clamping force.
